the first thing that comes to my mind when i look at you is the leaf
my hand tore off the calendar today
crumpled
you are yesterday
and tomorrow remains
a faithful stranger
.
but sanctuary never comes
without some kind of risk
Maybe feeling like a broken doll
or a broken piece of fine china

good expression--past dealt with--hope for tomorrow--window watcher

the two lines below the "." are not mine...
but they are kinda nice... give it a different tone,
