a poem~mojo

I wander in a love drunken stupor
lead on by your selfesh ways
My life is on hold..waiting for your acceptance
We lie together and you proclaim our love
Only to take it back when your anger is strong
You pierce me with your words..then leave me alone, wounded and scared
What have done to deserve such a death
Was it too little when we shared our lives
Or was it too much when we parted

i didnt name it because I dont believe in naming my writtings, that is what the reader is for. I know that I have posted comments on the fact that I was married..I am not. I didnt want to take the heat for having a child out of wedlock (people are cruel in life and on the internet). I have a daughter with a girl that I dated for a year. We are not together, but I love her and want to make a family and she does not..therefor the poem~mojo

mojo... I would love to give you advise on relationships, But I think by now it is clear to see I am no expert. I can tell you no matter what happens your daughter will always love you and need you in her life. As well as you will find times where you lean on her and need her. I believe the saying goes if you love someone set them free if thet love you they will come back, if they choose not to it wasn't ment to be. Good Luck , and nice poem. Naa

Had a similar situaton many years ago, mojo. Never easy.
Took a long time to get over that. In some respects I guess I never did. Memory stays with you for life. I try to combat those things with humor. Easy to say now, but at the time it hurt pretty badly. Are you able to or do you want to see the child? If not, might save yourself a lot of extra grief and move on emotionally and physically. In my case, she married someone else and I got the hell out of there! Like Naa, I am no expert on relationships, just relating a similar personal experience.
