but Pierre,
be not astonished
I have seen how arduously you fight yourself on this issue...
your very passionate
and discerning mind
produced this coincidence
which you now see as consummated prophecy
before your very eyes!
And I mean to say to you:
you must tell your Isobel
(-and do not wait until tomarrow!)
that you love her!
That you loved her from the moment you laid eyes upon her.
It will make all the difference.
If you do not,
you will never see this poem.
