Commentary:
Nobody is really interested in thank-you notes anymore,
except for Huree Babu, Ethnograph and spy from the city of Lahore.
The whore from Laspy does not matter, except for who lived next door.
So he pastes them meticulously into albums, filing them tidily
with missives of gratitude and announcements of acclamation.
Ties a foreiners hands with ribbons and bows and some hobo's toes,
that were written in a thank-you note,
but what Huree is really up to nobody cares and nobody knows.

Lines 1,4-7 were taken from a previous poem by chandler. I have been thinking about them I don't know why. Actually it seems she wrote all the best bits. ~Cookster
