For you

I wish I could sing you a rainbow --
just to show you I care
To let you know you really matter --
even when I'm not there
As the sun shines on you and you feel its warmth --
remember I'm thinking of you too
Always you have your corner in my heart --
there's special room for you
Just as there is always a new day dawning --
remember the continuance of love
You wont be forgotten --
not even from the place above
As you take each new breath of fresh air --
may you be encouraged in new challenges you meet
Don't ever think it's your end --
because it could be your beginning you greet
So when you see the light of the moon above --
remember you're not alone
Because you always have someones love --
remember you have mine!
You're not alone!

I like this, reminds me once a friend always a friend. smh
A Friend You'll Never Lose
When you're down and feeling low
and everyone around you is just some stranger that you know
When it has been such a longtime since someones finished your sentences
You feel no one knows you but you keep up the pretenses
Just reach back deep into your mind
Look closely, it is me your going to find
I will be the smile that suddenly appears
Or the laughter that comes from out of nowhere
You'll know in a minute just what it is I'd say
You know me well enough I'm never far way
Remember me when you're feeling fine, just fine
Remember me and know your happiness is mine
Whether you're feeling good or you've got the blues
Remember I'm a part of you a friend you'll never lose.

This is really a song I wrote for friends that were moving, the friends
that taught me what great friendships are. There are more verses but
this is pretty much the jest.

I didn't have anyone in particular in mind when I wrote it, but I hear a few anon's cry out sometimes and I felt like doing something for them, only I don't know them, so I couldn't specifically pinpoint what I should really be saying. So there you go anon's I guess you inspired me. :-) 'a'
